For some reason (bizarre astrological conditions perhaps?), this coming Thursday (Oct 22) is just crazy with weird shows. Here’s a rundown of what’s coming up on Thursday this week:
Thursday Night Football at Sapphire
If you’re looking for the best Thursday Night Football viewing party in Vegas, the bash at Sapphire (club review / club website) should be at the top of your list. The club’s halftime dollar dances (See The Best Lap Dance in Vegas) are a significant cultural event in this town. Men come from all over the world to experience this crazy performance by 100+ topless dancers in a small 300-seat showroom. Your $20 cover charge gets you admission, an open bar for the first half, and the buffet. The best twenty bucks you’ll spend all week.
Art of Naked Yoga at EHM
Tasia’s guest for Thursday’s Art of Naked Yoga class (review) is exotic dancer Bella. I don’t know if she dances locally in one of the strip clubs, but on the basis of her photo alone (that I stole from Tasia’s Facebook page) I’d say the class is worth going to. $20 bucks to watch that girl doing yoga poses in the nude for an hour may be the best exotic dancer value in Vegas tonight.
The one-hour class starts at 7 pm (Thursday) in the Erotic Heritage Museum at 3275 Industrial Rd (now Sammy Davis Jr Rd) next door to Deja Vu Showgirls. Men $20. Women $10. Twisted Cherry Burlesque at Onyx
Twisted Cherry’s “Rocky Horror Halloween Spectacular, Part 2” will be performed one-night-only to celebrate all psychopaths’ and sociopaths’ favorite holiday along with the Ghost of Tim Curry Past. The show begins at midnight, but go early (doors open at 11 pm) for weird games and contests. Expect a mix of burlesque, cabaret, and magic, with an emphasis on humor. (See my review of a Twisted Cherry show from last year.) Tickets are $15 in advance (online here), or $20 at the door. 18+
Asian Invasion at Hustler Club
Thursday night is the first night of a three-night Asian Invasion at Hustler (club review). Cindy Starfall and Kaylani Lei will be performing Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Performance times will depend on crowd conditions and barometric pressure.
Destiny Dixon Celebrates 6 Years of Crazy Horse 3
Crazy Horse III (club review) is celebrating its six-year anniversary party on Thursday night with an open bar from 9 – 11 pm and special guest performer, adult star Destiny Dixon.
Looks like one crazy Thursday night.
