According to the New York Daily News, the Penthouse Executive Club in Manhattan, an upscale topless club and steakhouse, has been ordered to pay $3.1 million in back taxes that the club had claimed as nontaxable therapy services.

The club’s attorneys argued that “what is provided … is not entertainment, but rather a nontaxable service similar to a therapeutic massage conducted in a sensual manner or personal services provided by a sex therapist.”

I like that argument, and if Trump can get that covered in his new health care legislation, he’ll be a shoe-in to win a second term in 2020.

Unfortunately, the NY state tax tribunal didn’t buy it, and told the Penthouse Executive Club to cough up the $3 mil.
