It’s time to register for Sapphire’s annual poker and golf tournaments, which will be happening on June 4 and 5 this year. These are fun events for a good cause and the golf tournament always sells out, so don’t wait. These events are sponsored by the Sapphire Foundation for Prostate Cancer. Past events have raised over $2.5 million.
The poker tournament is at Sapphire (club review / club website) on Sunday, June 4. The event begins at 6 pm with a cocktail party and Poker Workshop in the Sapphire Showroom, followed by a dinner buffet at 7 pm featuring the terrific food of El Dorado Mexican Cantina. The tournament starts at 8 pm.
Mike “The Mouth” Matusow will be the Honorary Host. Mike will play in the poker tournament along with hundreds of Sapphire dancers who don’t know how to bluff.
Sapphire Dancers Will Be Caddies at the Golf Tourney
The following day, Monday, June 5, the golf tournament starts at 10 am at the Bali Hai Golf Course (5160 Las Vegas Blvd S). The day starts with a buffet breakfast where Sapphire dancers are auctioned off as caddies for the day. Over 100 Sapphire dancers will be donating their time (and half their tips) to the tournament.
There’s an afternoon barbeque lunch, spaced out over three holes, sponsored by Heineken and Patron. Transportation to Bali Hai from Sapphire and back to the club will be provided.
Clint Holmes and the Sexxy Dancers Perform at the Awards Banquet
After the golf event, there will be a cocktail party beginning at 6 pm at the Sapphire Pool & Day Club, hosted by the dancers from Sexxy (the sexiest casino topless show in town). An awards dinner in the Sapphire Showroom starts at 7 pm. Clint Holmes and the Sexxy Dancers will provide entertainment for the Awards Banquet.

Registration for the poker tournament is $300. Registration for the golf tournament is $600 and includes a gift bag and a pass for the awards ceremony and dinner. A combo registration for both the poker and golf tournaments is $800. A foursome can register for the golf tournament for $2200.
