Chanel West Coast Hosts the “Flower Power” Blow Out
Sapphire‘s annual Christmas and anniversary party is one of the best FREE bashes in Las Vegas, with the club full of its stunning dancers, an open bar, and free food and entertainment.
This year’s extravaganza is tonight, Thursday, December 12, from 7 to 9 pm and the theme is “Flower Power.” Rapper/TV personality Chanel West Coast will be hosting the festivities. Chanel will be performing her hit, “Sharon Stoned,” at the party.
Note that Vegas is in the midst of both the National Finals Rodeo (Dec 5-16) and the Cannabis Means Business Convention (Dec 11-13), both groups known for wild partying. The NFR at Thomas & Mack Center is expected to draw 170,000 visitors to Vegas. Cannabis Means Business is being held in the Las Vegas Convention Center and is expecting 35,000 visitors.
The Sapphire party will be worth going to just to see the cowboys and hippies whooping it up together. An event like this brings all of Sapphire’s best dancers into town for the whole weekend.

In keeping with the hippie theme, there will also be a Beatles tribute band performing the Fab Four’s greatest hits. Attendees are urged to come decked out in hippie attire.
Why is Sapphire’s theme this year “Flower Power?” Off the top of my head, I suspect the club is going after the pot heads! In the past, Sapphire has gone after the rodeo crowd for this event by passing out free cowboy hats to all guests. What will they be passing out to the latter day hippies? I remember what we used to pass out in Golden Gate Park in 1967, but that might make this party a bit too wild!
I suggest visitors from out of town who would like to attend Sapphire’s bash call the club at 702-869-0003 asap to reserve your free limo transport to the party. Admission is free if you drive yourself or arrive by the free club limo. Even if you have a rental car, don’t drive. The whole town turns out for this bash and even Sapphire’s huge parking lot gets filled to capacity early.

The Sapphire Grill’s Chef Matt is preparing the main buffet this year. El Dorado Cantina is providing the gourmet Mexican fare. Zenshin Sushi is providing Asian treats.
A whole raft of liquor sponsors will be passing out free drinks for two hours, including Jack Daniels, Hennessy, Bombay Sapphire, St Germaine, Belvedere, Grey Goose, Remy Martin, Skyy Vodka, Martini, Grand Leyenda, Casamigos, and more.
After the party, the club reverts to its standard Thursday night entertainment of knockout strippers on stage and Las Vegas’ wildest lap dance orgy.
