It’s Rockhold vs. Bisping for the Middleweight title tonight. Sapphire (club review / club website) screens the fights on three giant 100″ HD monitors in the club’s 300-seat Showroom. There’s an all-you-can-eat buffet ($15 extra) serving up chow that’s more than a cut above the pizza available at most other strip clubs that screen sporting events. In the past these buffets have included barbecue, gourmet Mexican food, something Alfredo, and various hors d’oeuvres, salads and desserts–all served at the proper temperature by a professional catering staff.
Tickets to Sapphire’s Showroom for UFC 199 are $20 for locals or $35 for out-of-towners (assuming you drive yourself or arrive in Sapphire’s limo).
