A Vegas Burlesque Tour de Force
Glamour and fetish model Dita Von Teese will be performing one night only at the House of Blues inside Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay Casino on Thursday, June 28.
Von Teese — a dish once married to Marilyn Manson — is often credited with starting the neo-burlesque revival. She is known for her sexy and sometimes comical striptease shows, often employing elaborate costumes and props. Think hourglass corsets and tassled pasties plus flashing knives, whiskey flashdance showers, and giant tubes of lipstick to mount.
This is going to be high-end burlesque, better than most Vegas production shows. Von Teese has performed in over a dozen films, plus another few dozen television shows and music videos.
General admission tix to this show start at $70 each, but right now (until Wednesday, June 13) you can enter a drawing at the House of Blues website here to win two General Admission tix plus a $50 drink/food voucher. No purchase required. You must be 18+ to attend the show. Just fill out the entry form with your email address and other data.
